I visited this Burger King on 9/29/22 while waiting to do business elsewhere. My order was 100% spot on, fresh, and hot. 2 sec's... a tot and coffee. I've never seen a manager so involved in everyday actions, Cindy was amazing along with the rest of her staff.I've visited this location many times since it has opened and they have never disappointed. I started out with very high hopes the young lady that was at the cash register was phenomenal took my order read everything... back to me everything she was supposed to do even got the cups to us expeditiously and then it went downhill I had expected tohave a very good lunch had a very good price due to the fact that they had the buy one get one but what I actually got was buyone get something in edible and I know that the young lady that put that on the button knew that it was unable you can tell justby looking at it I truly hope that you find out this young lady's name and explain to her that she is in the hospitalityindustry it is literally her job to make people happy and she definitely did not do that Read more
This location is absolutely the best. Ruby has got to be one of the best managers this burger king has. She is always involved... with the customers and if the employees don't know how to explain something to the customers all they gotta do is holler for herif she's not already on her way to assist with whatever it is. I come to this location several times a week and Ruby and Lisaare always exceptional and glad to see us..they make all customers feel right at home like they care about us like were familythey are making food for.
