Drive thru was busy so we decided to go inside. Worst decision we?ve made. Waited 35 minutes for our drinks to never come out,... name never called. Asked several times for a status on our drinks and was told each time ?they?re coming out next? withoutasking the name or what we ordered. Worst customer service ever. Read more
Went and got 2 different coffees and the Frappuccino is not sweet at all. It looks very light and slushy like they were greedy... putting ingredients in. Then the cold cream brew tastes terrible. I will not be going to this Starbucks anymore. A waste ofmoney for sure...... Read more
The lady at drive thru window got my order wrong I corrected her. She turned to the girl next to her with an attitude and... started complaining that she heard me order what she made. Started slamming blenders while remaking it. If anyone came up andasked her what happened she started with her attitude telling a story how she knew it was right. I offered to pay the Thedifference if there was some or to go around again. She said no! And handed me drinks dripping all over my hand. I Called themanager and all he said was ok I?ll talk to her. The staff is always pleasant even during a rush! This is the only Starbucks after Albuquerque with a drive thru so I get the... busy-ness & I'm patient to wait. Though there was one time I ordered 3 scones.. and they handed me a sealed package of sconeson a tray.. I thought it was hilarious but I could see that as annoyance from the worker who probably had an off day. Forothers who are impatient, use pickup the pickup INSIDE. Read more
