I was shocked to find my burger was uncooked. When I approached the manager, she requested that I pull my burger from the... garbage and prove that it was undercooked. You stand in line as the only person in the store for 5 minutes while 2 managers and 2 employees try to figure out who is at the... register to take your order. Then when they take your order they don?t listen to what you are saying, then when they give youthe food and you question where something is they start to argue with you then quickly realized you are right. They seem to ignore you when you order at the drive through, I asked for two simple double cheeseburgers with only ketchup.... Instead i got everything on the burgers.They cant seem to figure it out or just dont care. This has happened multiple times andits getting old.
