I have never had a bad experience here at this location, however; today was I genuinely blown away by the lack of... professionalism by the so called manager who was on duty when my husband and I came in. We ordered a chicken little combo andvery specifically asked for the chicken littles to be plain. After paying, we looked at the receipt and saw they were not rungup as plain. After receiving our bag, I checked the chicken littles and they weren?t plain?so my husband and I waited in the carfor the cashier to come back to the window so we can have our items corrected. The cashier comes back with an older lady with ablack KFC polo style shirt to the window. With an attitude, she says ?You didn?t ask for them plain? to which my husband grewvery irritated by her inability to 1. Listen and 2. Just take the sandwiches, apologize and get us new ones. The managerinsisted we didn?t order plain when we did. Even if she happened to mishear us, how hard is it to make the correction withoutcoming to the drive through window with an attitude? Poor customer service. She grabs the incorrect chicken littles from myhusband?s hands and threw them in the trash with complete attitude. 30 seconds later, she shoved the new bag back through thewindow, almost throwing it at him and slams the window closed just as my husband asked her who her general manager was. Tip toKFC, train your employees and managers to do better. A reasonable response when the old lady walked up to the window could havebeen ?I?m sorry sir, I am on the headset and didn?t hear you ask for plain. Let me go ahead and take those back for you and wewill remake them.? Unless you?d like to support businesses who?s managers can?t own up to their own mistakes, I recommend noteating at this location. This place sucks!!!!!! You can't even go in to eat. We've gone 3 times in the past year to eat in. FORGET THAT IDEA. This place... is an embarrassment to the KFC franchise. NEVER AGAIN.!!!!!!! Read more

I get the famous bowl at all these KFC. As long as they don't screw with the famous bowl, I'm happy. I hear their chicken... buckets and sides aren't bad either lol. One thing I never understood is how the chicken sandwich is so lame. Read more

This is a sorry excuse for a kfc. I was watching the employees enjoy their clean lobby while I had to wait in the sun. Smh. I... just walked to chili's down the road. They have a wait staff and a nice dining room. Thanks for the letdown kfc. I'll never gohere again. Read more
Found a black hair cooked into my food. Talked to Mgr. Shane. He says to bring the 1 piece of chicken in to replace the 1 piece.... I told him I would use more diesel than it?s worth and I live far away. He says that how it works. I said fine I will leave areview as needed and post on social media to warn people. And let them know what he said. He tells me not to threaten him. Itwas no threat. I tried to be nice and he hung up on me and blocked my number. Here are some pics. Was wanting to have KFC but when I arrived they had the doors lock while the employees just laugh at customers trying to go... inside during the day. They had a sign telling customers to walk and drive around to the Drive through. Very bad service. Themanagers and corporate need to get this addressed and fix Or shut KFC down and get out of our town if this is the way you wantto do business. Read more
