Touching food after out of the oven. Gave me the wrong order. Did not acknowledge me when I entered the building. Gross. Not... clean. Came back to get correct order and was not provided a manager. Ordered 9/23 at 4:24 and had no good experience at all.Will NOT order here again.. Read more
Gave a second chance to make it exceptional and got lied to about my pizza completion time which caused a missed movie across... the street and a long and wasted drive. Needless to say this was not exceptional as promised. Read more
Placed an order at 7:30pm. At 8:30pm I noticed my order was still in prep mode. I called the store, the girl that answered said... it would be another hour before they even began making it. That would be 2+ hours to get a pizza delivered. I cancelled theorder and took my business elsewhere. Read more
It is so much sadness I post this review. We are normally big Domino?s fans but we just have had very bad luck now 3x at the one... by Walmart in Los Lunas, NM on Main Street. My mother in law lives in Los lunas and when we visit we like to treat them withpizza. One time after 30 minutes we were told to wait for our order for pick up we went to pick up and learned that the kidspizza that had been ordered with black and green olives was mistakingly made with green Chile. We had to sit and wait for awhole new pizza meanwhile our other pizzas became cold and we?re not offered any compensation. The second time the kids pizza(pictured) was burnt and several pieces couldn?t be eaten. The last and probably final experience was when we ordered for pickup were quoted a 20-30 min wait time and ultimately it took close to 60 Minutes for order to be prepared for PICK UP! That?sawful? we had to wait 30 more minutes at the location with small kids past the time it was suppose to take for 2 pizzas. Thislocation seems to be understaffed and it?s a terrible experience for customers especially compared to the often 5 starexperience we have at most other dominos. Read more
Placed order on phone app at home. App told me order prep was started, to wait about 20 minutes and the food would be ready for... pickup. I live 1 mile away from this Domino?s location. I waited 20 minutes before leaving my home, drove to the location,parked, walked into the store and the pies had not even been assembled yet, let alone cooked. I waited in my car afteridentifying myself to an employee. No offer for a free soft drink or bread sticks for the delay, other than an acknowledgementthat the order was not made on time. This Dominoes needs new management. I ordered wings and a salad at 430pm.. Tried calling store and no one answered. Tried again... was on the phone for 15 mins before anyone answered. Told the man that I ordered at 430 and still haven't received my order andit was 615. Told me that my order was being prepared but only have 1 driver for delivery. I cancelled the order and probablywon't order from them again. This store needs a visit from corporate. Read more
As I was waiting for my pizza to be done I saw employee walk outside wearing gloves. She went in and out twice gave what... appeared to be her family members food. I paid close attention because again she was wearing gloves. She used the handle toopen the door the same handle everyone else grabs. I went inside to make sure that she switched her gloves before she handled myfood or any ones food for that matter. Not only did she not changed her gloves she put her hand on the Yeast and kept scratchingher head She then handled my pizza and I clearly saw her push my garlic bread with her hand. When she gave me my food I toldher what I had witness and it was very unsanitary. Her response with an attitude was "I didn't touch your food !" Well youdidn't changed your gloves either. She asked if I wanted my order redone but honestly why would I want it redone after what Isaw. If this is what they do in front of you imagine what they do behind your back. I told her just change your gloves nexttime. That's why people get sick. She again gave me attitude. According to her she is the manager at this location. For the life of me this restaurant plus others are failing because no one notifies people that they are short staffed which... causes delays. You can?t take someone?s money and expect them to be ok with waiting for however long. Bad customer service allaround. Read more
