Prices are so high on everything so it's so disappointing when you pay $30.00 for 8 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes and... gravy. When I took out the expensive dinner, there was only 1/4 cup of gravy. The container was almost empty and nothing jadspilled. Barely enough for one person! Do I want to spend the gas to go back? If I could give zero stars?I would. I?ve never been to a Church?s chicken so decided to try it out. We dined in and as soon as... we walked in, we should have noticed the red flags. The lobby was absolutely disgusting. Each table was dirty, floor was grossand there were receipts littering the tables. We tried chicken tenders and they were absolutely trash. They had no color tothem, they smelled like Tyson chicken nuggets and just wasn?t good. As we were walking out, the lady on headset was talkingpoorly about customers who ordered through the drive through and had the drive through window open to top it off. Sounprofessional. The ?shift leader? on duty seemed very unapproachable and seemed incompetent based off a conversation we heardwhile we were waiting to order. Try something else! Save your money. Read more
Worst visit to a Church's chicken ever. I ordered two chicken fried steak meals. The girl at the window first tried to only give... us 1 order until I reminded her that we ordered (and paid for) 2. We waited another 7-8 minutes at the window for the secondone, then she tried to charge us again until I showed her the receipt. When we got home neither had any gravy on them. I bought chicken today only to discover fly eggs on 2 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with a manager. He said he would... give me a store credit next time I drop by. I started telling him I don't want to purchase chicken from them again but he hungup on me. I wasn't yelling or telling him off either. DON'T BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION ! Read more
With no one on the drive thru and no one on inside the restaurant and they have the guts to state that there is a 25min waiting... time. With their rack full of fried chicken and 5 employees on the kitchen. Unbelievable, todays days there is no customerservice at all..... Read more
