I love this Carl's. I have been in town almost 6 months and I have been here almost weekly. The service is always amazing. The... food is always fresh and great. Staff is always very friendly and the food is usually correct and delicious. However, I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was... one of the smallest burritos I've ever seen, literally about 4 inches long. Before I unwrapped it, I thought they hadaccidentally given me a sandwich or something because it was practically square. It still tasted good, but definitely wasn'tworth the price at all. Read more
If I could give zero stars i would. Me and my husband went in yesterday for lunch and we were enjoying our food and having a... nice conversation until a bigger lady went in and immediately started yelling and cussing at her coworker infront of everybody.It was a very uninjoyable experience. We left immediately and will be telling our friends and family. We will not be returningto that location as long as she is still employed there because this is NOT the first time we have seen the same exact lady dothis to one of her coworkers. Read more

I believe that I witnessed the passing of my credit information, between two employees. I tried to call the manager, but got a... fax line twice. I understand the reasoning behind credit debt no cash but I will not revisit Carl's Jr again until theirscanners are in plain site. No more disappearing debit cards Read more
If I could give a lower score I would, how do you take 30 minutes to cook 2 burgers and 10 chicken nuggets to give me a burnt... burger? like how? And then when you call they don?t answer the phone.
