Ignorant and rude. I?ve always had problems with this place. Drive thru takes 30 minutes on average. I went inside to see if... that was any better. It was not?unfortunately I can now put faces to the bad service. I waited 30 minutes. 2 people in the drivethru ,1 person in front of me. Ridiculous! I asked for my money back. You would think it?s something the manager there would begood at. She pushed buttons and looked confused. Said it was all fixed. I still never got my money back. It?s been two weeks. Apparently honoring your prices through an app are not one of those places strong suits, even if it is location specific to this... exact location. And the "general manager" really should find a different career, because she's really not good at customerservice or making a customer happy. Well this is my first time trying to eat here and it was the biggest mistake ive made in a while. I pull up to the drive thru... at 9:30 because I have to be to work at 10. Well i was expecting to eat my food on my way to work but instead I ended up sittingin the drive thru until 10. Needless to say i just passed up the window and came to work. Next time Ill just go to McDonald'snext door. I never had to wait 30 minutes in their drive thru. Read more
