We had to ask someone if we can get seat after waiting for over 10 min there was plenty of empty tables no one at the entrance... to greet guests. When we got waited on and received our appetizers. My friends and I did not get plates with it. So we had topass the dish and eat off it on napkins. Once the food arrived we were never once asked if we needed any refills on our drinks.The food was great but the waitress obviously needs more training. I will not be going back. Read more
Slow service. Went for all you can eat wings and in 1.5+ hours we were only able to get 1 second order of wings and they only... brought 3 out. They were also out of flavors but didn't say anything until after we ordered and were waiting for our food. Read more
Wait staff very slow preoccupied with each other at computer. Had to wait to have a table clean although there was not many... patrons. Waited for 15 minutes to get drink order. Horrible service. Like worst I've ever had. Steak was so fatty I couldn't even eat it. And I waited over 20 minutes for sugar... for my coffee. Which it turned out they were completely out of. Couldn't even get the manager to come out and talk with me aboutany of it. Will not be returning and corporate really need to get some better training at this location. Read more
Terrible service! Customers after us got served first. Husband asked for a salad before his meal got it with meal. Asked for my... steak medium got it rare. Took forever to get our meal! Good food but service was not good at all. Server took a long time to come to our table. Didn't even introduce himself when he... finally came to our table. Kudos for being open in New Mexico! And especially on a Monday night while most of the state would rather everyone eat in their... homes. They were very clean, wore masks, stayed safe while we ate. The food was good. My wife really enjoyed her medium raresteak. I enjoyed the chicken Alfredo. Seemed like Opposite Day. Eat here you will be glad you did. Meh. It's a nice place for a group of people to eat cheaply. I love the two for $25 idea but the food just isn't it. I honestly... would rather go to Chili's for better food. I love the staff on the other hand They are very kind and very attentive to theircustomers. Read more
