The quality of T-Birds Pizza has been top notch for 20 years. I wish I could say the same about the ownership & customer... service. Called at 8:45pm to place a pick-up order, unaware they close/d at 9:00pm on a Thursday. The owner answered & said?hello?? And before I could finish saying ?hi?, he cut me off saying, ?we?re closed. Wow, such amazing pizza! ???? I wanted to treat my kids to pizza after a fun day at Vasona Lake County Park. I ordered a... pepperoni pizza for the kids and I. The pizza was beyond delicious. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection and the cheese was sogooey. All of the ingredients just melt in your mouth. The pizza was so good I had to order a combination pizza to go for myhusband. The decor in this place is awesome, I love it. It's an experience just walking in, you instantly walk into a fun andfriendly atmosphere. My kids and I had a great experience dining in. Overpriced for the quality (very crunchy pizza). We were also really disappointed in the service. We were sitting on the (small)... patio waiting for our pizzas and someone came out and told my kids they had to get off the bar stools and took them inside. Wethen had to eat at home since there was nowhere else to all of us to eat. My husband asked why they took the stools and theirresponse was ?I just didn?t want the kids sitting on them, I really like them?. We?re new to the area and definitely didn?t feelwelcome by this business so won?t be going back. Fortunately, there are a lot of other pizza places in town! Read more
The Fab Four pizza with broccoli was amazing! I drive a distance to come here and try different types and have not been... disappointed. More than your normal pizza combos, some inventive types to choose from. The staff is super accommodating, helpfuland kind. Large beer selection both bottled and tap for those who drink. Their crust is great both ways they offer, I prefer thethin crust. Will continue coming back and trying all they offer! Great location as well; nice and quiet and shady with outdoorseating in front. Slices not available after 3pm. Friendly staff. Good sauce, good crust. Very heavy on the toppings. Had the peppermint twist.... Good flavor. There is 1 unisex bathroom. Salad bar is a 1 trip salad bar. Large pizza with many toppings is about 25 usdollars. Read more
I ate the first pizza on the menu which is named T-bird pizza. It was delicious. Huge tomato and lots of garnitures. I saw one... of the employee dipping her bare hand in the raped cheese to take a bit. Not sure if she washed her hand afterwards. One uniquerestroom, didn't had any tissue to dry my hands, not a big deal. I would come back to that place. It is small, so for a groupof 4 or less is better Read more
Was just in here to attempt to pick up a delivery order and just want to make a note to the apparent managers of the place: when... a customer asks you multiple times if their order is ready, or close to ready, and how long it might be, don't duck the questionand hide for several minutes just because you obviously haven't started it yet. That's cowardly and unhelpful. Just be up frontand tell the customer, whether they're picking up for themselves or someone else, what the deal is. That information is usefulto us! Don't just hide because you are afraid of being judged. Just answer a simple question, instead of hiding from it multipletimes. And when a customer asks "how long does it take you to cook a cheese pizza?" don't start to enter into a ramblingdissertation on your explanation for why things are slow. Just tell me how long it takes! That's all you had to do. I hope thepeople I talked to tonight read this and connect the dots. Get over yourselves and realize that withholding information frompeople trying to work with your business is bad customer service. Read more
