My See's in Los Gatos is always such a clean, organized candy shop with a wonderful, friendly staff no matter which day you... visit. I am a Peanut Brittle freak and my needs are always fulfilled here. I stopped by just after the county changed the quarantine risk level, I got to go INTO the store. It is lovely. Staff behind... the counter is set up to help two people at a time keeping a safe distance and with barriers for everyone's safety - includingthe staff! Go See's. The team that was there at the time was helpful and informative. It is kinda easy to miss from theroad. It is in the Trader Joe's shopping center. I had to make a U turn and double back. Read more

Exquisite, hand made, hand shaped candies. Sugar free varieties, as well. Many items pre packaged, or have your pick of the... free candy tasting of the day, and get a box or bag of custom packed delights. Be patient! This is old fashioned service. I want to give a shout out to one of the Los Gatos See's Candies' employees, Jaime. I called to find out what they were closing... on a Saturday night. Jaime radiated cheer over the phone, telling me they were open until 6 p.m. and he looked forward to seeingme soon. Already, that set me in a good mood. I raced down at 5:45 p.m. on a rainy Sat. night. There was a smiling Jaime behindthe counter working alone. He had a demanding customer who wanted a custom box and kept changing her mind. He couldn't have beenmore patient. She took 15 minutes to choose her items. It was now past closing but Jaime's attitude remained positive. At theregister, he told her the price $51.07 and she said had a $50 gift card and could he take out some candies to get to thatamount. "Sure," he said. He took a few out, weighed the box, carefully getting to the price of $50.03. I kid you not, thecustomer balked at paying the three cents and asked if he could get it right to the 50 amount. Politely he said he couldn't. Shehuffed, and then payed. At no time did Jaime loose his cool. (I was losing it for him.) Next he helped me, again so nice andprofessional, offering me samples, etc. Wasn't trying to rush me out even though it was well past closing time. I noticed anaward on the wall for Best Customer Service of 2022. I told Jaime I could tell he was a big reason why the store received thataccolade. What a sweet soul.
