Same as other reviews. Seems as though nothing is being done about the horrible service. No employees to be seen in the store. I... had to yell for someone to come out of the back. She meandered out talking on her cell phone. Insisted she didn't receive myorder online when I had email confirmation. She finally made the drink I paid for when I insisted and made it incorrectly. Looked nothing like what I ordered, tasted terrible, super watery and completely wrong color altogether. A mango smoothie shouldbe orange not white? She wouldn't remake it or refund me. No manager around of course. Total waste of money. I don't know whatis going on at this location. Poorly managed! Read more

There were 4 other people in the store, nobody was in line. I stood at the register for 10 minutes while not a single person... took my order. They told me they would be with me shorty and never came. I have never been to a restaurant that pathetic before. Read more

Got there and there?s no one behind the counter. Waited several minutes before two employees meandered out from the back, never... acknowledging us at the register. We waited patiently while the two employees made a mobile order. Another employee came outfrom the back to explain that she needed to take her break. We waited over 20 minutes standing at the register with no one inline in front of us! Once we finally got our orders in, both of the employees disappeared into the back again for severalminutes. In total, it took nearly 30 minutes for them to get two smoothies up when we were the only people in line. Absolutely,insanely slow and poor customer service to boot! Read more

Writing this review for my wife. I have had alot of bad experiences with this place and I don't go anymore. My wife went in this... morning for a bowl. There was 1 person in line in front of her. She ordered a bowl for our daughter. The employee told her itwould take 15 mins because he had 2 mobile orders before her. 3 customers come in after my wife. Another employee helps them.They all receive their orders before my wife. 35 mins it took to get her bowl. Not to mention they charge the most out of allthe sj area locations. They are always out of something and their customer service is atrocious. I would rather go 4 miles tothe Camden jamba than to the one that's 1/4 mile from my house. Read more

When my name was called, the server realized that my order was not made correctly as the smoothie only filled three-quarters of... the cup. She then asked if I would like my order to fill the cup!?! Awkward. Would anyone say, "No thanks, I'll just pay fullprice for a partial order." I responded yes, so she poured the smoothie back into the blender, added more fruit to top off theorder and blended it. Which is fine, except that the "smoothie" is not smooth at all. More like a "chunky," with pieces ofunripe fruit at least a half inch in diameter that clog the straw. And to top it off, the smoothie was sour from all the unripefruit! Not worth going back a third time! Easily the worst experience yet at a Jamba Juice. Read more
