The team here is fabulous! They really know their stuff and the food is consistently so good, even compared to more expensive... restaurants. We always get fish tacos and they are delicious! You also can?t beat the gorgeous patio ? one of the most peacefulin my the entire town. Thank you to Lucio, Olivia, Cruz, Danesio, Jose, and Carmen for always treating us so well. Seriously, there is no better place to get fish tacos then Baja fresh! Beans and rice are just OK but those tacos are amazing.... The batter on the fish is light and crispy and it lets the flavor of the fish come through. They add a great slaw and dressingthat makes your mouth water. I dine here and carry out for my staff on a regular basis. This location should be the poster child for a well run, clean,... exemplary staffed, franchise location. Olivia and her team always greet me (and many others) by name, with a smile. The portionsare generous and each dish is prepared with attention to detail. The salsa bar seems to always be perfectly stocked, even in themiddle of the lunchtime rush. Do not hesitate to come in for a tasty meal or place a huge catering order, you will not bedisappointed!!! We all know Baja Fresh is a chain, and I am not expert on Mexican cuisine, so can't judge how authentic the food is. We however... love this location. The crew is always happy and helpful and the food tastes good. The flavor is always good but not always thesame, which is an indicator that it is freshly made in premises and does not come out of a huge batch prepared somewhere, frozenand trucked. Read more
