The team here is fabulous! They really know their stuff and the food is consistently so good, even compared to more expensive... restaurants. We always get fish tacos and they are delicious! The food was good but would be better if they put more???????? cheese and meat on the Quesadil.????????
Seriously, there is no better place to get fish tacos then Baja fresh! Beans and rice are just OK but those tacos are amazing.... The batter on the fish is light and crispy and it lets the flavor of the fish come through. They add a great slaw and dressingthat makes your mouth water.
