Went there on Friday April 15 ,around 630 pm was completely ignored by staff others walked in and ordered and got their food... Very rude staff ,i went in to pick up a order for doordash, the girl behind the counter said she didn't get the order she Said I... was at the wrong subway, when I showed her the address she still told me she didn't have the order and I showed her the order onmy phone and she said well I don't have it So I told her I would call doordash since she was refusing to make my order then sheSaid well ill make it.In this time she helped about 7 or 8 customers that had walked in and ordered. After about 20 more minutesI asked her for if the customers order was ready she Said well it's on my phone a d I cannot get it now.So I called doordashback again and she wouldn't answer the phone for them.All together I waited about 40 minutes for one sandwich. She then saidwell I'm out of paper for my register and that's why I don't have the order.She acted as though the doordash customer was not apaying customer and probably made him wait o er about for his food What has happened to customer service,? Incredible, magnificent and godly enough to turn water into wine. The only the only three things I can muster up to describe my... sandwich. Even though I spoke just a few words to the sandwich artist, I was blown back by the quality and taste of my sandwichthat I did for pick up on door dash. I would give each of the workers there $1000 bucks if my wallet could produce such anumber. I have nothing but love and high-regards for this subway. Read more
