Apparently, everything online is going for 50% off... but if you're at the store they Won't give you the same treatment which I truly believe is unfair. Been placing orders here for family and recently myself for a while until today that I had yet another issue with them.ordered... PEPPERONI pizza that spiced my toddler to the point she was non-stop crying..went to ask what could have caused it and accordingto the sub superviser the pepperoni came spicy from the manufacture!!!!!! Never in my life have I had such an issue, I?ve workedand ordered pizza for years and had yet to try spicy pepperoni!!! First time ordering here for delivery and they failed so bad . 20 minutes after placing my order I received a text letting me... know my order was on its way. 30 minutes after the text I called to check on my order and the person on the phone tells me thedriver is in my area and he should be delivering my pizza soon . I gave them another 30 minutes and nothing so I decided to calland cancel my order . It?s ridiculous how much time they take to deliver to a location 5 minutes away . The employees were friendly and helpful. We ordered three items (2 pizzas and wings) was informed that it would be about 20... minutes on a walk-in order which was to be expected, but was pleasantly surprised when the order was done sooner. The pizzas andwings were wonderful. Read more
We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and cinnamon twists. The sandwich had hardly any meat on it, as you can see in the... pictures. It didn't come with any chips or drink. The bites tasted great, though the size of them can differ greatly. Customerservice is always friendly, the food is always made up quick. Giving 4 stars for the sad sandwich but overall tasty meal. i have never had an issue with this location until today 12.2.16 i order an large comb pizza . once i receive the pizza at my... home location i didn't bother to open the box. which i thought it would be prefect ,which its always is. once i sat down andopen the box . the thing was an mess. call the location to let them know about the issue, it wasn't an problem they will sent meother pizza. which i never receive that day. i called the next day 12.3.16. around 1pm worrying about to my order. the personwho answer my phone was really rude and not professional at all. o n top of it . he wanted to picked it up .i told i wasn'tgoing to pick up something i paid to get delivered . so they deliver to my house once i open the box it was missing coupletoppings . at this point i called corp.. never again ill order from you guys.
