A&W in Visalia has always been a great experience. Service is good. The workers are always welcoming. The food is delicious.
Elizabeth was rude. I asked for my condiments ahead of time because most employees at fast food places forget my condiments when... they ask me to pull forward into a certain stall and I end up going inside to get condiments after they bring my food out to mycar which defeats the purpose of going through the drive through. She went back and forth with me about how the condiments wouldbe put in the bag and her attitude was nasty. It takes more energy to go back and forth with a customer than it does to honortheir request. I won?t be going back to this location. Read more
No chicken at a chicken place seriously? Poorly managed. They said a 15 minute but it is going on 45 minutes. Customer service... lacking. Save the annoyance eat elsewhere. This is a KFC and A&W location. Read more
