Horrible service rude female cook and cashier. I asked her for ketchup and she replied in a rude many we don't have any. But the... manager found some . O gee thanks. When I tried to talk to manager about the rude women he looked like he was scared to talk tome looking back at them..lol all I asked is if you guys can be a little polite. Good and affordable prices and of course fresh and delicious coffee bread and tortas... one of the employees over there is very... nice she's a lady and she's a very likable person!!!... I'm giving this place three stars though and it's because there is alady who's one of the employees and her attitude towards customers is very bad!... when you want to order something then the wayshe talks to you seems that she's mad at you and she looks angry like she doesn't want to give you any service... honestly I'veseen this throughout the years in this Yum Yum Donuts place (Venice Blvd and Grandview) and I've seen it with differentemployees maybe one or two not this lady I'm talking about but there's always one or two jerks over there and I think this issueshould be fairly addressed by the management!!!!! I have been here every time that I am in Los Angeles for work. This location is excellent. The staff is always very friendly.... Yesterday, I visited the store and I was greeted by a welcoming employee named ?Fer?? Fer was awesome, and made the perfectrecommendations that I was looking for but I did not know what to order. Fer recommended the ?green juice? and the selection wasright! At the same time, I did not what bagel to order, and Fer very enthusiastic offered me the ?Veggie Bagel?? another hit byFer!!! Today, I went again, since I am caring for someone that came out of surgery. I offered to take her there for the ?greenjuice? because it is fresh, made daily. At my arrival, Fer already had all the items that I would be ordering? I was veryimpressed by Fer. This employee is a great asset to this Company and I hope the manager/owner of this location takes the time topraise and recognize Fer? This place is packed several times in the mornings as people arrive in waves. If u find yourself caught in a queue of orders,... give them a chance. Youd be surprised because they're faster than u think. There might be a queue but there is no backlog, whichare two different things. Read more
