I have picked up from this Wingstop multiple times and have requested delivery via Doordash as well. Whenever I place a pickup... order via phone, the person on the other end always says that the estimated wait time will be around 20 minutes. I'll usuallyarrive 30 minutes after making the call to give the store some leeway. However, after arriving I have to wait an additional 20minutes for my order to be ready. This has happened on every single pickup order that I've made with this location. Sometimeswhen ordering through doordash, this store won't confirm the order and I'm left to wait for two hours before it automaticallygets cancelled. I'll contact doordash customer service and they say that this location won't answer the phone when they call in.I'll personally try to call in and the store's line goes to voicemail. I am making these delivery requests well within businesshours as well. On top of all of this, this store also manages to get the contents of the order wrong all the time. I've orderedcheese fries to find out that I received corn when I open up the order after getting home. In summary, it is a waste of time toeven attempt to order or pickup food from this location. You are essentially taking a gamble to see if your food will even bedelivered, ready at the expected time, or accurate. Read more

The customer service was horrible. I love cajun and this is not cajun. But, i asked the workers that mine were not cajun. They... looked more like "original hot". The ones my friend ordered were original hot, so they gave me attitude...i didn't want themreplaced, just to give me the cajun seasoning. How can you not tell the difference? People in the "morning crew" are completely opposite from the ppl at night.. Night crew sux bad.. attitude service and just the... way they make u feel over all.. Manager at night is lazy won't send ur phone orders till you arrive at the location.. likewhat's the point in calling it in ahead of time.. Morning crew needs to retrain night crew.. Read more
