Literally the worst wingstop I?ve ever been to. Ordered online, came into the store and gave them the name for pick up. I waited... 30 minutes and asked multiple times for them to look around and say no order has been processed. After asking for the 4th time,they had my order on the shelf sitting for the last 15 minutes because someone was on break and said ?it?s not my fault?. Wouldnever order from here again Read more

Absolutely awful!!!!! How do you forget all fries and ranch and when I call it is no big deal as I am told I can just drive back... when I don?t live down the street and I have hungry kids. This location has too many young kids with no real adult managementand they are irresponsible and to mention the chicken was over cooked my kids stated, don?t waste your time or money on thislocation. I have never taken the time to write a review but this wingstop is probably the worst wingstop or restaurant in general I?ve... ever visited so I had to, horrible customer service, the bigger African American lady who takes orders gives me attitude for noreason, that?s, okay, I order carry out and get there 20 minutes later, tells me my order will be ready in 5 minutes, so I wait,20 minutes later in the restaurant I ask about my order and she hands it to me? She seen me ask for my cup, about 15 minutes inbecause I was sitting waiting for a while and she never brought up my order? (I didn?t ask about it because it would seemimpatient and I assumed she would get angry seeing that lousy attitude she had) Then i receive my order, and that?s not it? lol. I ordered 8 wings not 7 (also got my order wrong I asked for 6 original hot, 2 mango habanero, I got 4 original and 3 mango?and also no ranch when I got the combo? Management should do something. Don?t know what all the bad reviews are about. I mean they may miss a phone call but other than that they?re awesome. More... specifically the three workers on June 10th at around 7pm were extremely helpful, and were really quick with my order. I was inand out in less than 10 minutes. They even hand delivered my order when I was waiting by the door outside. Overall really greatservice !! Read more
