Worst experience ever. Completely messed up my order and not answering the phone. Not returning.
They close at 11pm on the weekdays, where I live. But they closed the doors earlier than expected and it was still 20 mins... left! Three people were standing outside trying to get food. I saw employees watching us and laughing through the doors. Sorude. Read more

Rude phone etiquette, had me holding for 10 minutes and called on another phone and someone answered... and took my order immediately. informed them that my other line had been holding for 10 minutes and the young lady's responsewas but you placed your order right? Bad service just got even worse. Horrible atmosphere and doesn't look sanitary. Rude employees that charge you without even... asking if you want a receipt. That's how people pocket money, Just take cash and put in register then off they go to pack yourfood without even washing their hands. I believe anyone handling money should wash hands after. The soda machine is filthy whenyou walk into this location. Smudges all over the the outside of the machine it's disgusting. Employees standing around doingnothing but pacing back and forth and when asked questions for instance you told me 5 minutes when it's been 25 minutes and thenhave the nerve to reply you order says your food will be ready at 11:14 and it's 12:12. I waited 40 minutes for my order which I was told would take 10-15 minutes. The fries were old and overcooked, taste like the... wings were the same as well.
