Boneless chicken is under cooked I get sick every time I eat them. So I order bone in wing fries hard and they still cannot get... my order right. If management do not retrain them they will get sued with a class action lawsuit if things do not get betterwith service at this location. Read more
Service is good & I rarely have a problem with my order. I normally place my order in advance so i dont have to wait too long.... My only complaint is that there is always a dude who is checking the confirmations for pick up orders & he has admitted to memultiple times that he was pretty high & he is SLOW!! This isn't the first incident. Other than his unprofessional behavior, allthe other staff members are always on top of everything. Read more
Disgusting!! I ordered Lemon Pepper 10 piece large wings and found a blonde hair inside! My hair is black and my girlfriend's... hair is black too, we are both black hairs. I've attached the photos of my receipt & my order of blonde hair inside. Read more
This place has a hard time counting. Ordered 20, gave me 14. I understand if it was 18, 19, or 21 but 14 is off by 30%. ... Absolute disaster here. Update: Samantha the manager took care of my issue with much professionalism. Giving this place agreat score with how they followed up. Read more
