My Donuts Where Soo Good!! And My Mocha Frappe..Was Yummy Too????
Coffee is old and stale, bread seems and taste old i had a bad stomach ache because of it.
I ended up having to go to 2 winchells the 1st one on Manchester and Broadway the cashier was not friendly but I order anyway 3... glaze, 2 twist and 2 bran muffins. She didn't know what a bran muffin was. But I still ended up asking for 3 glaze and 2 twistdonuts. Once in the car i looked in the bag to get a twist, i had 2 chocolate donuts. Now on to the 2nd winchell on Florence andVermont they were not that friendly either, they almost did not know what bran muffins were but they some. i bought 2 and 2twist too, while getting in the car I felt them and they were the hardest bran muffins ever. Very helpful employees, not all are bilingual but they will easily accommodate to your needs. Fast service and great coffee.... Their bagel breakfast sandwiches are a must try. Egg bacon and cheese is my go to with avocado please! Read more
Sandwiches are always good but I had iced coffee from here that tasted like dirty mop water and was undrinkable. Will never have... coffee from here again. And the wait time is ridiculous. Read more
Stop by today to pick up some donuts and they where so fresh, hot and excellent customer service here. The cashier was just... amazing person, she help me out to pick the donuts and very very pleasant person. I want to say thank you for the great smiles,and the amazing ???? service today. Even thoe, there was homeless people there, everyone was nice. To the management at Winchell's, you have the best staff there and hope you can take care of them. Terrible, Terrible customer service at night. Monica to be exact. Very, very, very RUDE and unpleasant. If I hadn't changed my... ways I swear see what have I gotten slapped but no no I called corporate. This place is disgusting and the customer service isabsolutely terrible.
