The 1 star is for the wait time and customer service. It seems that there?s just 1 staff working most of the time and very... slow with completing orders. The staff are always in a bad attitude and rarely greet the customers. If you are in a hurry andwant to grab a donut before work, forget about it, this place is bad with customer service. Read more

I didnt even know it was there. I looked up and seen it. Sign wasnt lit up at all. Very clean parking lot. Only my daughter and... I were there. She order a half dozen donuts and 2 drinks. $11 give or take. Ill be back to that one. Not crowded at all. Read more
Black Forest ham is a lie no onions no lettuce no tomato just ham bacon and cheeese I add extra egg disappointed !!! Never again
We had walked in when there was only 3 other customers, we patiently waited after we ordered, they gave us everything fast... except for the bagel that I knew would take a couple minutes to prepare but the few minutes turned into 30 long min of waitingfor a bagel with only cream cheese. I didn't receive my bagel until after I reminded one of the ladies that worked there aboutmy bagel. As I finally received it it wasn't warm and it was hard to chew on. All in all bad service. Decent donuts, clean space but the capuchino tasted burnt and it wasn't even filed up to the cup. I came in with a lady already... waiting to be attended. She had been saying "hello?" various times before another customer (?) had to intervene to get someoneto come out to attend to her order. The lady there doesnt even greet her, just rushes to get her order and she got her order.Upon seeing me, she says something that sounds like "what do you want?" Though I can't tell because she begins to speak inspanish to me. I'm not speaking to her in spanish mind you, I'm speaking English through my order and she continously saysthings in spanish. I'm like not entirely sure if she was rushing me to finish with my order because she was making the coffeealmost instantly without letting me finish my order. After I finished ordering, her question after sounded like an insisting"anything else??" I would've ordered a sandwich but it seemed like it might have taken up her time or something.
