I've never been to a bad Which Wich establishment, but then I've only been to three different ones. This place is amazing and... literally makes Subway look like a dogs dinner. Bread is always fresh and crispy. The sandwiches are always generously filledwith meat and sauces, genuinely making thems ome of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Read more
They lost my online order, but "found" it after I drove there from home. A thoroughly uninspired and bland huge roast beef sub... with double meat. Terrible parking, but I was lucky, and only had to pay $0.75 for on street parking (it took them almost 40minutes to make the sandwhich that I'd already paid for online). What with the wait for my sandwich and the hour and ten minutedrive each way, it took me three hours to go, get my sandwhich, and get home to eat it. I USED to be a big fan of Which Wich (afranchise that was closer, now closed thanks likely to the pandemic, made a MUCH better sandwich). (Nota bene: the trip SHOULDhave only taken ~25 minutes each way, as it was only 14 miles each way, but traffic and road work added considerable time to thetrip -- NOT the franchise's fault!) It was our first time here we were excited to try out but when we got there the customer service was bottom shelf. Darryl put... zero effort into trying to help us out. We built a whole sandwich not knowing it was basically one of the favorites (he couldhave easily guided us to what we were looking for), but instead we ended up being overcharged $7 for bacon and avocado as addons. When we asked for the receipt completely shocked that we had paid almost $30 for a sandwich drink and a bag of chips hegave it to us folded in half. Read more
If youre on a lunch break, dont go here. It takes them a while to make the sandwiches to perfection. Also, they do not take... apple pay and they have new staff that dont really know much about their menu; yet they are left alone to work by themselves.Love the sandwiches, but just disappointed today. This place used to be so great. It?s underrated, and the staff could use alittle more training, but all in all the sandwiches are a must try! Read more
