They were out lettuce so the burgers were not the terrific lunch one enjoys at Wendys

I would rate today's experience as a 3, but I believe they were just off their game today. I went through the drive thru and... ordered chili and they let me drive off with a fork. My daughters kids meal was missing the toy so I parked and went in. Theyinformed me they are out of spoons so I told the person at the window should've told me so I can make an informed decision whenI ordered. While in the drive through, I asked for the chicken nuggets to be freshly made and they also were not. They wereluke warm. Last week we went Wendy's multiple times in GA and the nuggets were fried fresh both times without us even asking.To reiterate, 3 things that were done improperly: #1 nuggets weren't freshly made as requested, #2 kids meal was missing toy, #3they gave me a spoon to eat chilli.
