After waiting 45 minutes as good came out faster than they took orders, they ran out of burgers and everything except chicken... tenders and thin fries. Food sat getting cold on the counter while the workers fumbled around. Clearly understaffed and quiteobviously the people hate their job. I tried Umami burger when I was waiting in LAX Airport. The staff was patient and friendly even when customers were very... indecisive. There was an unusually long queue. The waiting time for the food was Lil longer but that's understandableconsidering the volume of people that were being served. I tried their truffle burger with extra patty and bacon.I have toadmit that the burger tasted very good. The burger bread had an amazing crisp to it.They had toasted it to perfection withoutburning it. Overall, good food but if you are in hurry, look elsewhere as the waiting time is longer than the average. Read more

Truffle burger was a small thin patty and sauce?that?s it. Save your money and go to chick-fil-A or habit burger instead. You... can get 2-3 burgers for the price of one umami burger and you probably will actually get veggies. This burger and cheese fries (two items) was $29. The burger was tiny and the fries medium/ small. The food quality was not... terrible but terribly?overpriced. If you are in a hurry, don't bother trying to get food from this place. It takes an unusually long time to get your food. Now,... if you have a little time, the wait is worth it. The patty melt is really tasty l, for an airport burger ????. The fries arewell cooked and a nice item to nosh on. I had to take mine and run to the gate, to make my flight ??, so I can only imaginehow nice it would have been to eat fresh on the grill. They burgers are a tad expensive, but it's the airport.
