Reviews for Tierra Mia Coffee in Los Angeles, CA
Visited after many years and loved their fall menu! Definitely will try to come back while their pumpkin items are here.
Never came here to work inside but they have such a nice roomy set up for working on a laptop or reading. I will say that that... the service is a little slow but only if you?re comparing to the rushed Starbucks service. They do everything so well hereit?s worth the wait and the quality is better. The cold brew is delicious and all of their muffins are amazing, the churro ismy favorite. Read more
Just as good as all locations but more choices. Never fails to deliver amazingness in a cup or in a pastry!
Very luxurious coffee joint. They should have installed a drive thru! But then again they do take the sweet time to make the... drinks which is actually a good thing and makes their drinks superior to starbucks. The spacious interior makes you feelwelcomed with good seating arrangements. The outdoor seating is very nice. Good varierty of drinks.Overall it could be cleaner.I would give 5 stars if it were cleaner and kept up with technology. It's not 2015 anymore we want to order our drinks quicklyand with minimal interaction. Maybe design a customer friendly application for our coffee needs. Read more
I enjoyed the friendly staff and their knowledge of Coffee. They specialize in Latin American coffee. I've seen coffees from... Panama, Mexico, Honduras and El Salvador. Coffee is lightly Roasted. No charred coffee beans here. Read more
Update 12/21: Horchata frappes are still delicious but the upkeep of the place is very bad. It's dirty and their food display is... falling apart, not sure how they manage to get an A from the health dept. I take off 3 stars for that. Great location, rightoff the 5 Fwy and they have a parking lot with shade ????. Service was good, but you practically have to yell out your orderbecause of the plastic screen at the register. Got my drinks rather fast. The horchata frappes are delicious. Read more
I've tried a lot of the drinks at Tierra Mia, and for the most part, they're all very good, but what keeps me coming back is the... Special Reserve Brewed Coffee. You might not know what this just by reading the menu, so I was pleasantly surprised to find outthat they make this via pour over. The pour over method is a pretty labor intensive and time consuming way to make coffee sosome coffee shops can charge a hefty premium for this kind of coffee. Tierra Mia only charges $3.95?? Unreal. The bean choiceoptions change with the seasons but I have yet to be disappointed by any of my pour overs. I don't know how they make money onthis drink but as long as they have it, I'll be coming back for more. Read more
