Reviews for The Sycamore Kitchen in Los Angeles, CA
Tried this place for lunch. We were both in the mood for salads so we got the cob. It was great! [Friend said it?s better with... hot sauce] Fresh and delicious! I enjoyed the pastries the most! I tried a few and I was pleasantly surprised by all of them.FRESH, flavorful and packing a wow factor. I would certainly come back and try more items on the menu. Read more
Lovely food! The pancakes is fluffy and delicious. I also had the Italian Cop salad that was lovely and refreshing. Coffee is... great too. We sit outside and enjoy the sun. Can be little busy but there is plenty of room. Waiter is lovely. Read more
Cured salmon and egg tartine with pesto comes with fresh green salad and hits the spot. Brunch menu is available until 1:30 but... there are few egg options in the lunch menu. Beautiful patio and friendly staff. Baked goods looked very tasty too for nexttime. Read more
Fun spot for brunch/lunch. Crispy cauliflower is the way to go!! Nice outside patio, quick and friendly service.
A very nice place for brunch. Spacious outdoor seatings. We got French toast, which was not really a French toast - more... cornbread like with a very crispy crust but so remarkably delicious, paired with the best kind of cream and fresh strawberries. The Benedict also exceeded our expectation - great fluffy muffin and the piece of pork belly inside being ultra tender andmelting in one?s mouth. Also enjoyed the latte. Will come back! P.S. Went on a Saturday noon and just need to get in a shortline to order, no wait P.P.S. One of the best photo galleries in the world is just across the street ;) Read more
We ordered the cured salmon toast and pork belly hash and had the blueberry oat bar. I will admit this menu is amazing, healthy... and diverse. The vibe is cool. Service is friendly and fast. Coffee was great. I just didn't love the food I ordered. The salmontoast was too lemony, and I didn't love how thin the toast was (I couldn't even it eat with my hands because the weight andmoisture of the topping causes it to break as I bit through). The pork belly hash was good but also had some unexpected flavorsI didn't love. I'd come back and try something else here, and I'd recommend it to others! Read more
Loved breakfast so much that we came back the next day. The cured salmon toast & fried egg tartine were amazing! Both meals were... full of flavor and felt light/healthy. Nice atmosphere, plenty of outdoor space to sit. Will definitely be back. Read more
From savory to sweet this place is great. The chorizo breakfast and the pecan roll are my favorites. Enjoy
