This used to be a great place for a quick meal before a flight, now not so much. We went about 7:30pm on 10/1/22, the lady... serving (tried to get her name but her badge was clipped backwards so no one could), wouldn't allow me to have/BUY extra ketchuppaclets or pickles (apparently they are too precious, even for money), rolled her eyes at us when we told her our order wasmessed up and didn't want to fix it. They made our fries basically as soon as our order went in, but our burgers weren?t evenput on the grill until several minutes later, causing our fries to be cold and stale by the time they were given. Talking withthe other people in our group who went there, every single one had their order messed up and two were told that Habit wouldn'tfix their order (both had a receipt proving that the order was messed up). I've worked in an airport restaurant, I get peoplehave bad days, but I would have been incredibly embarrassed. Don't waste your money here. Read more
Used the self service to create and place our order for two combos consisting of burgers, rings and pop. I waited 15mins for my... order to find the rings were cold as they died waiting for the burgers. The rings were well salted and I would have given a 4 asthe burgers were great. This used to be a great food option before COVID. Now unfortunately it is not. The food quality is awful now - often the meat is... hard/old, and the buns are always hard. I would find a different restaurant to dine at, if you have time. Read more
Very good breakfast, if you like tots then it?s worth getting them as a side. Lots of flavour on the Southwest sandwich. Staff... friendly, and give you plenty of ketchup. Read more

Extremely disappointed with this visit. I eat at the habit a lot and never had awful food. But this location was awful. We both... got the BBQ bacon char (one was a combo). I forgot the burger doesn't come with cheese. It would have been nice if they asked ifwe wanted to add cheese. Also asked for no onions but there were a few onions that must have been in the BBQ sauce that went onmy burger. Both burgers were not hot or fresh. Barely warm. The fries were also not hot or fresh. It was obvious all the foodwas cooked and sitting for a while. The dining area was gross. No clean areas to eat. Asked staff for something to clean thetable with and the kid hands me a bunch of paper towel and one piece with hand sanitizer on it! I know the habit is so muchbetter than this.
