The food is healthy and its enjoyable however the customer service for take out pick ups is lousy. In Studio City CA the... customers have to stand in the line as people ordering their food at location. By the time you get your food it's cold and thewait time is not acceptable. Someone at your headquarters should develop a system to have a separate pick up line for take outorders. The purpose of calling in your order in advance is to avoid the long wait lines to order at location. Your system isdefeating this process, please reconsider the process. I have been going to the Hollywood Location on Sunset near Vine since 2010. The food was better and the serving sizes were... better. It is now 2022 and I am making a decision not to return to this location anymore. The serving sizes are too smalleven the bowl of soups have gotten smaller.
