This place gets home two stars for food and none for customer service ????????????????????????????????????????? the food is okay... nothing spectacular.. you're better off at Louie's burgers. The customer service now that is what left me very unsettled. When Iwalked in and up to the counter the lady already had an attitude others with hello yes sir etc.. she had a nice way of makingsomeone feel uncomfortable as if they were in the wrong place. Asking a question about something on the menu also upset herluckily I handled it respectively I did not cuss at her I let her know that wasn't good especially in the morning and at the endshe did seem to be a little nicer. We got our food in less than 10 minutes. It was bombiskity!!
I decided to order two family packs and a large side of onion rings from this place and I was very disappointed. My onion rings... were very thin and brittle and all 8 sides of my fries were mushy and undercooked so I had to fry them myself. The only decentthing about my order was the burgers, thus the two stars. Will not order from here until I see major improvement. Read more
