Highly upset because they advertise on google and on their doors that they open at 7pm. I walked for a while to get there at... 6:50pm, and saw them turn on their lights near their register at around 7:05ish. I waited until 7:15 to give them grace, andthey saw me outside waiting and said nothing. I called them, they kept hanging up the phone over and over instead of picking up.A lady finally picks up after 3 rings and sigh?s with a bothered tone. I asked her what time do you open and she said 7. I thenasked her is that only drive through? She paused and I continued and said? when are you going to open indoors? she said, 8 andended the call immediately. First of all ? RUDE. And second, if that?s the case, their drive through hours vs the indoor hoursshould be clearly stated. I don?t know if they were just slacking as most of the fast food restaurants in this area tend to do,or if they really do open their doors at 8. Either way, I?m extremely disappointed. The crunchwrap supreme is the best item menu in my opinion. You can get them customized using the app or the kiosks in the lobby... area. I like mine with extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra nacho cheese. The only downside for me is they sell Pepsi products andI'm a Coke girl. They also make the mini Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas that taste exactly the same as they did in the '90s! Ilove mine just plain cheese. If ordering one at the drive-thru they have you pull around and park in front of the store wherethey will bring it out to you in a bag with napkins, Parmesan cheese, and chili flakes. The staff is rude I was sick and I had a mask on and this woman Crystal kept saying she can't hear me or understand me when I... asked about $5 fill up. Which includes a taco, a burrito, a drink, and cinnamon twist.
