There is always something wrong with our order, I question why we keep going back. The food is ok, if fast food is your thing.

I?m not normally one to complain. But this did not near meet my expectations, they managed to get multiple part of our order... wrong, and sadly the cashier struggled to understand a word of what we said. They also told another customer that they had beensold out on a food item for a month, a month?! Read more
Staff does a great job and they always get my order right. However, the franchise owner refuses to fix the drive through issue.... Employees have to waste time using a tray to get the sensor at the window to work. It's been happening for over a year. Shame onthe penny pinching franchise owners for refusing to fix it. Read more

This has got to be the worst tacobell I have ever been to. The people working there have no clue what they are doing. They... messed up my order twice and had some unfriendly comments to say behind the glass thinking I wouldn't hear. Gave me no sauce. Iasked them for some and they only gave me 3. Then they forgot my friends order and he had to wait more than 25 mins and had thenerve to say " no extra sauce". It was not busy, there were no lines. But they seemed to be standing around singing and notcaring about the customers. I would feel so disappointed and ashamed If I was the manager or owner of this location. Read more
