Horrible service!!! I walked in no one said hello, good morning, how can I help you nothing. The place was completely empty... because it just opened up. I literally stood in line for about 4 to 5 min just standing there while there was at least 5 peopleworking behind the counter. Some White guy walks in the store and walks to the counter and immediately gets help from theworkers as if I had never walked in. I really loved this place at first when they first opened. But as I ate through most of my salad (Mind you I had consistently... bought many salads here). I found a lady bug in it. They did apologize and refunded my money. I guess it shows how super organicit is and they use local vendors. Everyone at work seen how amazing it looked. I haven't been back since that incident. Really enjoyed my summer salad with elote and all the greens you could want. It's a bit pricey but in the middle of downtown and... with the quality you get I didn't feel it was an issue. I liked the transparency of the organization regarding only takingcredit payments along with how they serve you in real bowls when you're eating there instead of creating unnecessary waste.Service was really good and I enjoyed the process of watching them gather and then mix the salad. On a side note I want to knowwhere they source from & store all the arugula they go through. Horrible customer service!!! Not only rude but unprofessional and unpleasant. 7 people ""working"" and I had to wait for my... order 17 minutes even when it was placed 15 minutes before I arrived to the store. Logic, if the employees were just playing andtalking on work hours. When I asked how long more, they laughed and make fun saying the the cauliflower wasn't ready?!?!?!?! Howwas it gonna be ready if it was never cooked. The person who ""helped me "" said I was worst than his boos and started to talkabout me in Inglis thinking I was not able to understand.
