Ordered for pickup. Got an email confirming my order was ready to go, and I was on a very tight schedule. I arrived 20-25 mins... after the confirmation email, only to be told that my order is not ready at all, and in fact will take another 20 minutes. I wasmade late to my next appointment, and I received nothing to make up for this error. Staff was unapologetic. Read more
Let me start by saying I LOVE SGs. I get it probably once a week. I see others had good experience with the staff so maybe I... just experienced new people that hadn't been trained? I waited at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even said hello.There was a girl making to go salads, which is fine, that's the job she was assigned to, but she didn't say hello, welcome,someone will be right with you. Nothing. In fact, she wouldn't even look at me even though she was standing in front of me. Thegirl beyond me caught my eye and we both started laughing because it was so rude. Finally, someone else helped me. I asked forblackened chicken and realized half way through my salad, there was no chicken. Luckily, she didn't charge me for it, but stillannoying as I know I asked for it. I get the same salad every week. They had no customer service skills whatsoever.
