We all know SweetGreen is amazing but I want to shed light on the custom service. Leo was great I had a big order and we got all... the salads right the first time! He paid attention to everything I ask for. I was buying food for a production team and you knowhow crazy those a orders can be. He was very polite and professional. And when I tried to tip him he said he didn?t work fortips he worked there simply because he enjoyed what he did. That really made me want to do a better job at my job. Food is fine , but took forever to get my order . With so many staff members behind why is there barely one person assisting... customers? Music is abnormally loud and not everyone likes this type of music ! Why I. The world is the back kitchen playingalternate music simultaneously? So loud it gave me a headache. So fresh and Delicious!!! I came in a little lost but Danny helped me and recommended me the crispy rice bowl. Needless to say... that was one of the best salads I've ever had in my life. Food is amazing, we got the super green goddess. But it was only 7:50 pm and store was pretending to be closing. Then we asked... them when they close and they said 9:00 pm, as google says. I am a big fan of Sweetgreen and have been to SO many locations around California. This location is, by FAR, my favorite.... Everyone here is SO nice, welcoming and friendly. The ingredients are always fresh and prepared to perfection. I work astressful job from home so this is always my mid-day break, and I very much look forward to it almost on the daily. While allthe staff here are phenomenal, I really want to give Cobi a BIG shoutout. Not only is he always cheerful, thoughtful and all inall good energy ? but also has gone above and beyond in memorizing my two custom complicated salad and bowl orders. As soon as Ishow up, he knows me by name and knows exactly what to do! I eat out almost daily and never saw any customer service experienceon this level. That man deserves a rise ASAP! I also want give Johnny a shout out. Johnny(boy) always wears the biggest smileand has the coolest style (watch out for that hat haha). You rock Sweetgreen Hollywood!!! Keep up the awesome job! PS.
