Came because I read that review that they are kind to the homeless guy with developmental disabilities. Ordered a couple of... amazing soups, & delicious fried pork tips. They have fabulous friendly staff, clean place & toilets, spacious and nicelydecorated, soothing music, sufficient parking, and they even provide entertainment for kids(drawing boards and markers)! Myonly gripe is that all our orders came with half bowls of rice and not the full bowls, even all our extra orders of rice.Banchans are very little and have to ask for it repeatedly and it still comes with a teeny weeny portion. Never experienced thisat any Korean place in any city/country, so that needs to be worked on. Pricier than some places too, but the flavourful food isworth it if the rice actually have a full bowl. May come back again cos they?re really nice. Read more

I'm really picky about going to Korean restaurants and I rarely go because I'm Korean so why tf would I pay for food I can make... at home but this place is legit. Tastes like homemade food and not restaurant food and I just KNOW the old couple who owns thisplace don't shop at restaurant depot for their ingredients. You can taste the love in the food here. Very welcoming and polite staff. Banchan was minimal and tasty. I ordered the clear soup with meat on the bone and it was very... filling and tasty. My friend ordered the traditional milky soup (#1 on the menu) and it had a rich flavor to it. Will definitelybe visiting again to try their other soups. I came since I was craving for a good broth. Their short rib soup is one of the best. Clear and clean broth, very tasty. The... beef bulgogi IS TENDER, marinated to perfection. The lettuce are fresh. I will dine here again and would highly recommend thisplace. Read more

One of the more unique Korean restaurants I?ve tried, and it did not disappoint. We had the cold yam noodles, spicy pork with... lettuce, kimchi stew and beef brisket soup. Those were my favorites in that order. The cold yam noodles were tangy and springy, just all around delicious. My only wish is that it came with more noodles, so I?ll be sure to add that next time. Our waitresswas the nicest lady, and you really feel like you?re being served a home cooked meal. Can?t wait to come back and try more ofthe menu! Read more

A middle age white man who was a little tattered looking came in. He didn't know any of the food and the server had to explain... the dishes to him. At one point he said he had $20 and wanted to know if he could pay for the dish he chose and she replied yes,he had enough. As we were leaving, my said he felt sorry for the guy bc he looked homeless and wanted to pay for his meal. Isaid I think by the way he was talking that he was developmentally disabled, but was impressed that he was trying food he wasnot familiar with. So I went to the server and said in Korean that I wanted to pay the guys bill. The server, a young womanseemed a bit confused. The owner overhead and said it's OK. My friend responded that we wanted to pay his bill because he mightnot have money. The owner replied, I know, I'm going to take care of it myself. I was so touched I started balling. So I'm hereto promote her food bc I think kind business people should be rewarded. We had two of their specialties Knee Cap Beef Bone Soupand Spicy Wild Yam Noodles. Try them out! Read more
