Came for the soup. Broth was excellent and the ban chan were all great. Even some jangjorim which I rarely see as banchan but... was so good. The food tasted great and even looked nice. Staff was also very kind. Read more
I'm really picky about going to Korean restaurants and I rarely go because I'm Korean so why tf would I pay for food I can make... at home but this place is legit. Tastes like homemade food and not restaurant food and I just KNOW the old couple who owns thisplace don't shop at restaurant depot for their ingredients. You can taste the love in the food here. Very welcoming and polite staff. Banchan was minimal and tasty. I ordered the clear soup with meat on the bone and it was very... filling and tasty. My friend ordered the traditional milky soup (#1 on the menu) and it had a rich flavor to it. Will definitelybe visiting again to try their other soups. Came because I read that review that they are kind to the homeless guy with developmental disabilities. Ordered a couple of... amazing soups, & delicious fried pork tips. They have fabulous friendly staff, clean place & toilets, spacious and nicelydecorated, soothing music, sufficient parking, and they even provide entertainment for kids(drawing boards and markers)! Myonly gripe is that all our orders came with half bowls of rice and not the full bowls, even all our extra orders of rice.Banchans are very little and have to ask for it repeatedly and it still comes with a teeny weeny portion. Never experienced thisat any Korean place in any city/country, so that needs to be worked on. Pricier than some places too, but the flavourful food isworth it if the rice actually have a full bowl. May come back again cos they?re really nice. Read more
