Ordered online for pick up and received a notice to show the person at the register when picking up. No problem. I arrive five... minutes early and show them. Neither have any idea, but as I?m early I say I?ll wait outside. About five minutes go by and theywaive me in. (Store has no customers besides me). They tell me they do not have any orders. I showed on the screen and confirmmy order and it was paid. Even showed them my bank account it came out of. They put their hands in the air and say ?If it?s notin the system we can?t make it and I have to call someone.? The number listed to call for my order? Their store number. Theyrefused to give me any number to call someone. Filled out the lovely customer care form and waiting for someone to call. It?sbeen over an hour since the entire ordeal. They took my money. I never received the food I paid for. Employees offered noresolution or help. One star as I can?t give zero, but I guess they are really good at avoiding the service part of customerservice. The night staff has been unfriendly and unknowledgeable every time we?ve visited this location. If you use the Subway app to... redeem rewards, do not visit this location. Every time I?ve attempted to redeem rewards, whether it?s my $2 from accrued pointsor my free birthday cookie, the staff has been clueless about how to redeem it. And they?re so cheap, they wouldn?t even giveme a 90 cent cookie on the house, even though it was THEIR fault I wasn?t able to redeem my birthday reward, and I even showedthem the reward on my phone. I went in for dinner, it is hard to imagine there is a more rude staff and staler bread than this subway, there are not enough... negative stars available to truly convey how awful the sandwich was. Read more

Really good footlongs for a good price. Has many other locations around it. The staff working there are really nice and they... also gave us cups with our order. The place inside is very clean and has a wide variety of options to choose from for yoursandwich. They also have olive oil as an option if you want it on your sandwich. I totally recommend this place. Read more

The worker has pink eye and a red nose and making sandwiches. Was very rude when I ask for more napkins. Would not accept my $50... bill even though my order came up to $18. Very rude will not visit this location again. Save yourself the time in trouble godown the street to the next Subway. Read more

The owner is "Indian", you never see -and don't speak good English, the employees are "Latino", and can't speak good English...... You get what you paid for... it's a good enough location and the people try to be as helpful as possible. They make the food sothe set the standard for the meals the serve. The places is well kept and organized. The fountain drinks are always filled andthe lids are never lost. Over all a good location. But the people that work here need more welcome skills, you just don't feelwelcomed. Read more
