I was there at August 31 night to pick up my regular sandwich from them ! The latino guy was so rude and I told him I am a pure... vegetarian. He used the same gloves he used in meat tried to make my sandwich. I told him I am vegetarian and he just ignoredit. Then I raised my voice could you please change your hand gloves ???? so that you can make a veggie sandwich for me. He wasarrogant and he left to kitchen not helping me and was standing there for 10 Minutes. Then the young lady came was nice and shehelped changed her gloves made me a vegetarian sandwich. To the latino guy you are not keeping the brand standards of subwayplease find another job because you?re cross contaminating the food ! I will never ever go to this place again ! Read more

I'm going to give them a 3 because normally they do great but i went in tonight and there was a trainee. I only asked for a... little lettuce and then for each and every other item it was like he was scared to add food. Then i saw his boss help him withthe salt and lots of it fell on the tuna sandwich and eating it now it's too salty. Maybe if there was more filling i wouldn'thave noticed. He was so nervous i didn't want to speak but the whole time I was like i can't believe I'm about to pay for this.Now I'm home mad and hungry. Let me fill out the survey. Read more

Tremendously delicious Subway sandwiches. I'm always filled when I come to eat for my lunch time the customer service is... outstanding in the food is exquisite. Does daily specials coupon specials and is not always a long wait in line. Read more

I understand that my staff?s behavior during your visit didnot meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry. We arededicated to handcrafting our meals in a welcoming environment. I am always looking for ways to improve the restaurantexperience for my customers, so I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening in the future. VeronicaVargas ------------------------------- I was at the store (Subway 801 Flower Str & 9th) to pick up my online order and they gotmy order wrong, it was missing some items, and it was also prepared in my presence. I mentioned it to the server who repliedthat "I should take it or leave it". I told him the order is wrong, amd he walked away to the end of the counter to attend toanother customer. I then insisted for my order as I requested and he replied "I wasn't paying attention and he doesn't careright now." "You asked for 6inch, I made you a 12 foot. Take it as extra meal from me" That was extremely rude andunprofessional. He then went ahead, angrily, to make another order, which was badly prepared and dropped it for me to pickup. I want a refund of my purchase via UberEats. And every other team member at the store didn't even bat an eyelid.
