Waited 40 minutes at 1am for a subway because a guy wanted to roll a joint up and proceed to cut the line, and order 5 subs. The... worker did not care that there was a line, like he was afraid of the customer while were all standing annoyed. Read more
There is no compailn with food but Probably I'll try to skip this outlet (as well near vermont/3rd street seafood city outlet)... for their service. Sometime they act like recist and their response was rude everytime with me. Maybe they don't like asian or abearded muslim guy but i saw nice approach with other which make me feel that way. When you usually to go to a chain store you expect a certain quality gaurantee no matter where you are. But this is by far the... worst subway I have ever been to. I'm pretty sure the guy behind the counter was high as he legit didn't say a single word to methe whole time, from making the sandwich to the payment. Literally just looked up at me at each step suggesting it was my timeto speak. The lettuce was looked brown and soggy. Throughout the time making the sandwich homeless people were walking in andhelping themselves to the sofa fountain too. Crazy experience. Read more
I had had fair experiences here so far. Nothing extraordinary, just plain straight to the point. I am not really the pickiest,... even if it did not look the cleanest or there were some questionable people lounging around as its super accessible to me, so Icome all the time. However, today 3/6/22 at almost 5, I came in. The two workers were so slow, mostly one short, Hispanic one.It took almost 10 minutes for 3 people in front of me with what it seems to orders just for themselves, like a sandwich. Not acomplicated or big order. I requested clearly the daily special of the day, which he even said "tuna, right?" And I said, "yea".However, at the end, he charged me the chips and 6 inch separately and when I asked to fix HIS MISTAKE he said he can't and hewill charge me AGAIN ( WHAT A JOKE ) I dont think he would like to go to a restaurant and they making a mistake but you stillwill be charge again! When I asked for a manager, he said there is none. Also, it took them other long while to serve otherpeople as well. He also barely put any ingredients in my sandwhich. Just shows their (especially this guy's) poor work ethic,lack and experience and professionalism. I hope this store steps up. I won't be purchasing here again sadly. This is by far the least efficient Subway I have been to in all of Los Angeles. At 6:00 on a Monday evening they were out of the... main protein for the sub of the day and half of the vegetables. Now I say they were out of that's just what they said becausethey're too lazy to go to the cooler and bring out fresh. My third ask question as you talk to me out of the vegetables and themeat I got nothing but attitude as a response they told me I could just leave and go get a sub somewhere else. Next time I thinkI just will these people have no idea what customer service means and I cannot believe the general manager was here and was themain culprit of the attitude I received. Terrible. I wish your sandwiches looked as good in person as they do on TV my meatballs went right through the bread when I told... the lady and she acted like she didn't care I had to get a fork and eat the sandwich with a fort I paid $10.29 for a sandwichand a soda Chick-fil-A will give you a 8 piece nuggets french fries and a large drink for $8.25 Read more
