I'm glad I stopped by after doing some shopping and I'll be back again soon.
My experience was bad, The staff had an attitude, Laura and including Mayra the manager did not answer my good morning, they did... my sandwich with a long face. I told Laura to give me a minute that I was waiting for response on a 4th sandwich of my friendand the employee Laura rolled her eyes and walked to the backroom with out saying anything until Mayra the manager called herback. My total was $42. I had a one hundred dollar bill and Mayra tell me she has no chance, I ask what do I do if I don't havechance and her response " I don't know and grabbed the bags like if I was going to still them. This location is alright, convenient if you're coming from the Wilshire Vermont train station and the staff is friendly enough... but it's fairly small so not a great place to sit down if that's what you're looking for! Read more

Friendly staff. I got my order quick and ordered a big hot pastrami! It was my first time trying it and there was plenty of... space to eat. It was not packed when I went there despite being rush hour on a weekday. It got busy as soon as I was finishingup. Glad I came in at the right time and got to experience something new!
