Service was attentive, but bathroom was for employees only.
The staff at this Subway refused to fulfil an order that had been placed and paid for via an app, claiming that they had not... received it on their system, despite being shown proof of purchase on the app. The manager's view was that the app, which theychose to partner with, is not their problem. Strongly advise against ordering anything from here via an app or delivery service. Read more
Today 05/22/22 around 1:00pm we stoped by (3335 S. Figueroa St. Location)to grab a couple of Footlongs, Unfortunatly had a BAD... expirience with the Customer Service??????????? Miserable female worker obviously working a dead end job with no positivity to give it to the world poorly makes my sandwich and... gives attitude that I don?t want my bacon egg and cheese toasted twice this has happened. And then I have to ask for more of thetoppings because she is purposely giving me a little as if I?m too shy to ask for more, how disappointing. Read more
