If you get a meal, you're supposed to get chips OR two cookies, plus a free extra cookie. It says this, in plain English on... their menu board. I had to fight with the cashier who was dead set on giving me only one cookie (no chips). I should havegotten three, but was only able to argue the cashier up to two. I shouldn't have to argue this. Really bad service the girl was rude when we ask to add vegetables to my sandwich she say not that the sandwich we order in the... moment they came without it and she couldn't add even when we ask for extra charge she say NO we say and ask for coffee ones.We got or coffee we ask for regular sugar she that's all we got and we ask for half and half same answer we don't have any witha really bad actitud this happen at 7.04 am I was so mad that I forgot to ask her name and live the coffee to get a good one at7 eleven this girl shouldn't work there Read more

Huh !! Friendly staff, nice vibe !! If your talking about the subway on hauser and San Vicente you must've been under food... poisoning when you made that comment. Firstly I hope you know that that little area had a small little crime spree going on,where either the Subway or the 7 eleven was stealing off people's credit cards. They tried me twice near end of 2018, so thatif I ever have get anything there I only use cash. I think the subway was in cohesion with the 7 eleven people. They were tryingto send money and products by money from your card to Florida and Mexico. The staff there are always like these young punks withattitudes, and very unprofessional. I'm going to be real here, I won't be brutal and hit y'all with a one star, but the first time I came here my food was straight... up served on the plastic trays with no liner. I had to ask the employee to wrap it up for me and got attitude for it. I thoughtit was strange but I chalked it off, mistakes happen, so do hangovers (she seemed to be going through one). Second visit though,that's where I drew the line. Different workers but same unwelcoming attitude to all the customers. My food would have lookedbetter if it was prepared in a blender. First off the store hours are either wrong or the workers close when they want. Today it was closed over an hour early. Not to... mention just by the looking thru the door you can see the glass that covers the food section is filthy. It has some drippyresidue. It?s a cloudy color. Disgusting. Read more
I really like subway'snfood. Sometimes though the vegetables (spinach, salad is not washed & therefore one may have bathroom... issues). I would like 2 see the amount of meat increased (NOT the price). With inflation prices go up & food quality goes down.I would also like 2 see more healthy choices on the menu for those that are eating a more healthy lifestyle. Read more
