The guy working here was lost and over charged me he was new or something
I was in this subway about 7:30 pm and there was ONE employee working she was working her butt ..there were about 6 customers... at the time..she was extremely professional and made me a great sand.. i give her 5 stars she should be given raise.. while iwas waiting in line i noticed alot of disheveled homeless coming into the store trying to use the soda machine.. themanagement needs to have a security guard working these subways to protect the staff and customers from these angry mentally illhomeless people .. if was a business in downtown la and needed to hire security guards to protect their businesses i wouldmake the city pay for it since this is a failure due to lack of leadership and indifference on the city/county part..i think thesubway employee name is veronica or somethng to that effect Read more
Just had the worst service there from some young guy who didn't want to give us the restroom code after we payed he wasn't... listening to our order and kept getting mad for messing up the order then his whole family came to come hang out with him takeover all the tables and not buy anything so disrespectful and rude Read more
They recently remodeled and though it's small, it has decent service and your standard Subway taste and quality. It's on a quiet... corner of the building that it's in, so it's a great place to be if you like peace and quiet. Read more

It's a subway. The staff is nice. No bathrooms but I don't blame them since the area has lots of less than desirable people who... would use it for no good. Drinks were cold and the sandwich tasted exactly like a subway sandwich. Read more
I'd advise to staff up prior to convensions taking place near by. 3 and you're able to spit up the work. 4 people and everyone... had a station to make the experience even quicker. Ordered 3 subs through app and got a deal. Showed it was ready after 8minutes. I arrive to pick it up and they're more concerned about helping the people in lobby. I wait 3 people for them to berung up. Then I ask for my order. "We haven't started any pick/mobile orders. Sorry." Read more
