Worst service ever, the server was outside with her boyfriend. Gave us the worst costumer service ever. Got a meatball... sandwich and did it so fast that the cheese did not melt. Just so she can step outside again. We had to call her back insideso she can REFUND us the extra charge of a 12" When it was a 6". When i asked got the managers number she changed. It was todine in and gave us deliver. My transaction number was 1/A-370718 When your server its focus on her boyfriend that its parkedoutside in front of the store and gives you BAD SERVICE and over charging. Read more

I stop by for my lunch. The guy made my sandwich and I was ready to pay with my card. All the sadden internet stop working and... he told me I have to pay with a cash but no cash on me at that time and he refuses give me the sandwich for free... It's not acustomer problem that Subway internet doesn't work properly....a customer before me paid by the card was no problem. So I lostmy lunch time and stayed hungry... Read more

Bad customer service guy working just made my sub with out asking what veggies i wanted and when i walked in he was no where to... be found after 10 minutes waiting he came out and when i asked if they were still open he was being smart about it. Read more

The costumer service is excellent. The only thing I would recommend is for the Managers/Supervisors is to support their... employees when it comes to dealing with rude customers. There has been a few times that I have gone to this and other locationswere I have seen so many customers being rude to the people working there and the managers most of the time don?t help them outor do anything about it. I ordered 4AM because it was open and available on app. However it was close when I arrived. The worst point is the only way to... cancel is speaking to the store directly but they barely picked the phone. When they got the call, they not willing to cancel myorder and just hung up my call. One of guys said the manager going to call for canceling but I've not gotten the call at all.It's my first review in my Google map. I couldn't hold silence for this rude store. Read more

So this super genius employees that work here will stop you at the door to have you put face mask on. But they will let you sit... inside and eat which is literally 5ft away from register. I hope whoever the manager or corporate office educated this people. Read more
