I stop by for my lunch. The guy made my sandwich and I was ready to pay with my card. All the sadden internet stop working and... he told me I have to pay with a cash but no cash on me at that time and he refuses give me the sandwich for free... The costumer service is excellent. The only thing I would recommend is for the Managers/Supervisors is to support their... employees when it comes to dealing with rude customers. There has been a few times that I have gone to this and other locationswere I have seen so many customers being rude to the people working there and the managers most of the time don?t help them outor do anything about it.
