Service and cleaning practices need to improve

I ordered a veggie patty 6" without completing mine she started with another customer who was ordering for a tuna sandwich then... in between she again started with my sandwich without even taking care of changing her gloves in order to keep clean andhygienic measure intact. I had to ask her 2 times to change the gloves and work on my sandwich. I mean we choose subway due togood high standards of hygiene but it disappointed me to see how this particular location take care of their customers healthand interest. My sandwich was good but the worker was incredibly rude. They had spelling mistake on one of the flyers and I tried to correct... them and the worker was so rude about it and completely ignored me. Then I asked for a little bit of mayo but I have been herebefore and she usually over does it so I said it one more time and she replied something so horrible I do not recommend cominghere unless this horrible women is fired. I tend to ignore people's reviews when they complain about service, but jeez louise, a jar of cheese. Read on. Look, I'm not... here to hate on eating fresh. I eat so fresh that I don't even dine at Subway very often. But on this occasion, I had a $5.99coupon for a footlong. ANY footlong. The coupon had it in all caps. Any footlong! So I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich,and the little buckaroo at the counter starts making it. Slaps on some chicken, some cheese, whatever vegetables I decided on,and then I ask: isn't it supposed to come with bacon? And he goes uhhhhhh? That's a little extra money. So I say it's part ofthe sandwich, so it shouldn't be. He nods and makes the bacon. At the register, he gets confused immediately and summons hisslightly older coworker. She punches in numbers and then takes my coupon. Comes to $8-something. I ask why. She said bacon costsextra. I don't understand how bacon was $2 but I calmly told her that didn't make sense and that the chicken and bacon ranchfell under the umbrella of ANY SANDWICH, but she wasn't having it. I'm not coming back here. I like the location west of LaBrea on Wilshire better anyway. Read more
This place stacks its chairs at 10:00pm even though it closes at 11:00. I would drive past all the time thinking it's closed but... really the staff is just super lazy. Also they turn you away 10 minutes before closing. Manager please solve these simple issuesit's pretty embarrassing for your store. Read more
I originally did not plan on going to Subway. I had gone to the grocery store to get one of their deli sandwiches, but they did... not have a sandwich making station, so I left. I went back to my car and I googled sandwich shop and it brought me to Subway.Subway is not my favorite sandwich shop however, I believe my mind has been persuaded. I walked in and the place was clean. Iwas greeted immediately by a friendly worker. He gave me my time to look over the menu and did not rush me. I had a build yourown roast beef sandwich. He built it exactly the way I asked. I got a large soda and chips also with a combo meal. I went to eatit and when I opened up the package I was amazed of how big my sandwich is and how delicious it tastes. Subway has reallystepped up their game and the quality is much better than from when I remember it . Good job Subway!!! I will definitely beback. Read more
