The employees at this place act like you're getting a free sandwich, they're afraid to put any of the ingredients in the... sandwich I always have to argue with them and tell them please put a few more pieces of olives or Green pepper, Especiallywhen they charge you extra money for the avocado and there afraid to put any in the sandwich, you barely can taste it. Not a good place to eat? As customer you cannot use the restroom and the service is bad. The store is empty of chips.
The employees always having a attitude need better customer service
This is a trash place to work. Management (Rita) would always be harassing me with petty stuff like wearing Jnco jeans and... writing me up for that, but not stay ontop of health code. I was the only person who actually did their job right in this place.Those idiots hold meatballs and bread for next day service. Stale bread and crunchy meatballs?. Yum ???? I order a foot long oven roasted chicken. It was good but the bread was terrible. It was like chewing on shoe sole. They pride... themselves on fresh bake bread. That bread was easily 3 days old. Very dissatisfied. I order to go so I couldn't asked them toremake it with fresh bread. NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Read more
Okay place nothing too special workers seem over it.
This Subway is especially nice after their recent remodel. The newer tables and seating are nice and much cleaner than the last... ones. The service here is usually really good but I am giving 2 stars because the manager is HORRIBLE. The most memorable visit,we were at the end of the line to pay, when I heard and saw her whisper to our cashier to make sure they try to up sell thecookie. I've been in retail before, so I say sure. They ask me if I want to make it a meal and I'd get two cookies, I politelydeclined. My husband paid. When we sat down I noticed there were two in the bag. I looked over the receipt to see if we'd beencharged for one or two. We were charged for two. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. I told her it wasn't our cashier'sfault as she was the one that pressured them into doing this. I told her I was disappointed and disgusted in her service and thedeception we went through. Read more
This issue already appeared a second time at this location with the same worker Sahar. Whenever I came to this location to pick... up my order, Sahar claimed she didn't know what that was for. Today she was extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcome.After repeating 3 times the name of the order and showing my SMS confirmation with the order number, she continued to claim shedidn't know what this order was for and that they didn't have it. She said, "yes, it's our address, but I don't know what thisSMS stands for and why you came here for pick up." She never checked an order number or anything. Likely another worker told herthat my order was ready and was sitting just behind her at the pick-up table. That's highly unprofessional and rude.
